What information is required to request a quote for window treatments?

We require estimated quantities (including ADA), estimated sizes, fabrics, type of treatments (specifications), bill to and ship to address. Please click the link here to proceed with a formal quote.

What is the estimated lead time for program products?

Standard estimated lead time is 8- 10 weeks upon receipt of fabric(s), payment, and measures (if applicable). 

What is the estimated lead time for non-program products?

Standard estimated lead time is 10-12 weeks upon receipt of fabric(s), payment, and measures (if applicable).  

How does measure and installation work?

We work with the best installation teams across the country from the initial measures to the final install. Our installers our trained professionals equipped to measure, remove, and install all window treatments properly. A final walk-thru with the installer is mandatory to conclude a project and a sign off sheet must be signed by an authorized supervisor.  

Estimated measure time frame?

Site measures are scheduled within 2 weeks of receiving order and deposit. 

Is measure and installation required?

Measure and installation is optional, however, if you wish to forgo these services an authorized signature must be on file before we proceed with manufacturing based on the sizes provided. No install directions will be provided.  

How do I know my order has been received?

After you submit an order to orders@warpandphil.com you should receive email confirmation within 24-48 hours.

How do I get a status update on my current order?

Please contact your assigned Project Manager for an order update. If you do not know who your assigned Project Manager is, please email wecare@warpandphil.com with the Order or P.O. number and Property Name and Location. 

How much of a deposit is due upon placing an order?

A 50% deposit is due upon placing an order. The remaining balance is due before delivery. Different terms are available upon request. Please see below for instructions on how to apply for terms. 

How do we apply for different terms?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept check, credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover) and wire transfers. *All credit card payments will include a 3% convenience fee.

Where are you located?

Warp & Phil’s main office is located in N. Kansas City, a 245,000 sq. ft. plant (largest hospitality fabrication facility in the U.S.) with an additional 50,000 sq. ft. plant in Queretaro, MX.
